I noticed I'm really tense, particularly late at night, and I think this session helped me relax. I also think that my breathing was very unsteady, since it was very late and I was having a bit of insomnia. The session helped me eventually slow my breathing and chill out.

I need eight hours of sleep. I only woke up once in the middle of the night which is an improvement.
Once in the middle of the night which is an improvement. My neck is stiff. I don’t like being asked to write more - I’m not a wordy person in the morning. This is all you get.

I eventually fell asleep towards the end of the track. Found it difficult to sleep next to Bill again. Will probably sleep in separate beds when we get back home.
