Sleep, Relax & Recharge
Its so easy to get caught up in our thoughts and feelings.  This meditation invites the listener to observe thoughts and feelings as weather and access an innate sense of the sky - vast open spaciousness - that is unaffected by the weather below.

Sky of Thoughts 💭 🌌 ☁️
Visualise your thoughts as clouds drifting by. They are moving through and can be observed, and they will pass.

Seeing through my thoughts

thoughts ✨
I tend to stress myself out w all my thoughts that run through my brain. I almost never allow myself to be calm and have a clear mind because I’m always thinking of something i need to do or something that is stressing me out at the moment. I need to allow my thoughts to not stress me or distract me, rather motivate me. I need to start writing them down or telling someone so they do not build up until i cannot think or focus.

My thoughts
I sometimes get anxiety and stress myself out with my thoughts, but this analogy helps calm me down.

I’mma Boss
I was feeling timid at my new job with a lot of negative thoughts. But last week I decided to change my attitude. I am being much more positive about things and taking control of what I am good at such as managing project tasks and communication.

Clouds
I stopped observing thoughts as they passed by when invited to notice the space between the clouds and soon all I noticed was a hint of clouds and an awareness of a vast space, an unknown space, around me, and a refreshing state of inner peace.

Let mind clutter drift away 💨
Seeing my thoughts as clouds, looking up at them as each one entered my mind made it easy to let them go. I started thinking about the shape of the clouds and visualizing them differently depending on neg/positive. When I was asked to focus on the space between the clouds, they started to become wispy feathery clouds and drifted away, taking my thoughts with them. Combining natural breathing and visualization made this meditation very relaxing and calming. It’s nice to learn new techniques to relax and let go of thoughts that clutter the mind. Thanks 🙏

Sky and Weather
I learned more about noticing what is around me and to be watchful of how I feel about things. To just breathe and go through life but notice what & how I feel.

The space between
This meditation helped show me that it is not always just your thoughts but that the space between thoughts can be just as important.

I learned that it’s a similarity to talking less is more.
After absorbing every single thought, the space in between these thoughts feels even more valuable.

The Space Inbetween My Thoughts
I still struggle disconnecting my thoughts from my soul. My thoughts reflect my soul. They are not someone’s else’s thoughts. I need to deal with them. I think of the Beatles song “With A Little Help from My Friends”: What do you see when you turn out the light? I can't tell you but it sure feels like mine

Sky and weather
Observing your thoughts like clouds is genius. Perfect metaphor for this practice. Just this morning i was able to observe a thought that would be of no good use to me. These mindful moments are working.

Loved the drifting clouds ☁️
I enjoyed this meditation so much, loved to see the thoughts drift away on the clouds. Some of these clouds were of people’s faces that I’d prefer not to see, I really love that! After all the thoughts drifted off I wished that I could have caught a ride on one of those clouds and just drifted for a while.

Drifting
I feel like a cloud right now. My train of thought is floating away with all the clouds. I don’t know if that’s a good sign or not but I feel so relaxed and calm.

Relaxation body high
I learned a neat way to step back from one’s thoughts to observe them as a passerby. This is extremely difficult and will need much practice, but I am so relaxed that I can feel it in my skin. I feel like I’m stoned but from relaxation alone.

Clouds and thoughts
I loved the comparison of our thoughts and clouds. I especially liked the idea of the infinite space around both clouds and thoughts. When we see our thoughts as being similar to clouds, it also better helps us understand that just as we see many different shapes in clouds, we can see our thoughts from many different perspectives.

Cloud 9
An active mind is a healthy mind. Tonight I need some help with letting my thoughts go. This became easy when I imagined a thought floating through the sky on a cloud.

Sky & the Weather
I’ve been feeling sad lately. Like I mentioned before, a lot of things are coming at me all at once and it’s very stressful (such as schoolwork, relationships, therapy appointments, etc.) so hearing this was the most relaxing few minutes of my entire week. Thank you Aura for helping me through my daily/nightly struggles.

Unsettled spirit
To truly appreciate peaceful moments one must be honest with themselves, face their unbalanced thoughts, and then let those thoughts go so as to be open to the help that comes their way and benefit from the experience. I realize that my own mind cannot free itself from a clouded sadness currently until I surrender to the discomfort and open my heart to what is there.

Sky and the weather
It was wonder to let my thoughts drift by because when I focus on them, I worry and stress. But then to realize that you can focus on the peaceful space between your thoughts and just relax and be is a life changer!

Anxious
It’s always good to put thoughts into perspective through letting go and moving them away from ourselves and just be calm and let peace fill hot mind and heart.

The Sky
Connecting with the infinite nature of the sky that’s always behind the clouds is such a great practice on a cloudy/rainy day like today. It’s a reminder of the beauty out there, even if it’s hidden by the clouds.

Interruptions
Had several inturruprions while trying to accomplish my morning Aura session. Unfortunately, they were too much for me to recover from. I completely lost the thread if this teaching. Couldn't get back to the correct headspace to complete it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It happens I suppose.

Flustered.
I get the interruptions! Three dogs: 1 puppy, one 2 year old and a cranky, ancient ex-service dog who is very needy. They are like toddlers. This did calm me down, but I tried to focus on breath and it helped. I only had to keep a hand gently on the eldest snap my fingers twice to stop the other two tussling and barking. Not bad.

Space between the Clouds
Thoughts and emotions are just clouds and weather that come and go for a purpose. This meditation reminds me to focus on that space between, that vast infinite sky, where I should be - amongst the sun, moon and stars of the universe. Timeless and free.

Send in the clouds
I love that image, to send all my thoughts floating away, each on its own cloud, so I can just look up and enjoy the view. Namaste

Sky and the Weather
Our mind is vast! So instead of being caught up in worries, let them go like clouds and focus on the beautiful space between the worries. Be present

Not letting conflicting thoughts impact you
It was interesting to think of the clouds as thoughts. how clouds can be so tumultuous yet it can still be calm on the ground.

Sunny day
Today my thoughts look like a beautiful sky. The sun is shinning and the clouds are gently rolling over my head. It’s light and easy and I am happy. I am thankful for my clear sky because it always finds the sun even after storms.

Vast space
When imagining thoughts as clouds and thinking about the infinite amount of sky, our thoughts are so small. Helped me stress less about my worries and keep an open mind.
