Sometimes we can get ourselves into trouble when we become overwhelmed and act before we think. This story illustrates a way of calming down when feeling overwhelmed and is a helpful first introduction to meditation for children. Little Owl feels sad and mad and bad – all at once. He decides to fly away, but soon finds himself tired and lost. Then someone shows him how to feel better! This story is ideal for children between 4 and 9 years old.
