Sitali or Cooling breath can help to lower the body's temperature to cool you down when you are overheated due to hot temperatures or after vigorous exercise or an emotional expression of anger, sadness, or anxiety. Practice this when you are feeling fine, and then it will be available to you when you need it. It can be a little difficult at first, much like tapping your head with one hand and rubbing your belly with the other because you will be breathing in through your mouth and out through your nose.
