Sink Deeply into Sleep
As we prepare your bodies and minds for sleep, Jiva reminds us to feel the sensations of support that the body is receiving from laying on the bed. If thoughts begin to wander, as they most definitely do especially when we are trying to unwind at night, acknowledge them and then allow them to sink along with the body into the comfort of the bed. There is no place I need to be right now. Therefore, I allowed my body to just be in this moment and feel every part of my body being supported by the bed. What a relaxing feeling! Those comforting sensations made me feel safe, calm and peaceful. My thoughts have quieted. My eyes are getting sleepy. I am ready to sink deeply into sleep. 😴 Good Night!
