day 2:
i noticed that taking your time and counting your breathes can be very beneficial in relaxing. i took the time to focus on my breathing. it made me wanna fall asleep right at that moment. it’s helping me calm and wind down.

Count to sleep
What a nice relaxing way to fall asleep. It helped calm my mind, sink into my bed and be relaxed.

Comfort
My body sinks into comfort, my pillow, my bed, relaxed and loose I drift upon a cloud of unrealised dreams. Eyes drift close then open to view the night sky gazing down on me. The darkness behind my eyes welcomes me, old trusted friend, I sink into your oblivion gladly and lovingly wing my way into your embrace to enjoy my other life. The one where anything can happen and I can revisit that which once was lost and gone.

This has become my favorite meditation to calm and relax me for sleep then I just listen to the sounds of the water and birds til I fall asleep (when my pain allows me to sleep)

Snoozing...
Simple short session to count you down to ‘Z’- land. Very effective as I had to wake up to write this. And will now go back to my snoozing... good nite all, sweet dreams! ❤️🙏🍀

Let it be
In this meditation, we are prompted to breathe in & out, & release all worries because what will happen might work in our favor or against us, but what's important is not only our attitude towards life & the situation but also the lesson & knowing to make better, clearer choices in the future. Let your worries/troubles wash away & let it be, because "this too shall pass." Take a deep breath in, & release.

Not my favorite..
For whatever reason counting doesn’t make me sleepy or relaxed. This meditation focuses on counting backwards after each breathe and I’d really rather not. That doesn’t make me sink into sleep, would have preferred something different.

Calmed me
His calmed me More than I expected. The counting sequence put me out to sleep. I fell asleep on it and slept over.

Calm
I felt instantly calm by the voice and speed of talking and background noises. Loved it!
