Relax your body, your muscles & your mind. Shifting your awareness, gently, from part to part, gives each body part and muscle group the opportunity to disengage, release & relax. Doing this practice just before sleep supports your body's repair system by already giving conscious permission to these body parts to go into rest mode. Invoking the sensation of heaviness & sinking, deepens our sense of relaxation for a good nights sleep. If you have time, you can even prepare a really comfortable space on the bed, use a weighted eye mask, surround yourself with pillows or use some grounding scented essential oils to further connect your with the force of gravity & the importance of giving yourself space to sink, soften and surrender.

I felt relaxed
The sensations in my body aren’t something to be scared of always.
