This morning meditation will help you sink into comfort embrace the quiet and allow it to center you, ground you, and connect you. Still your mind, and all those racing thoughts. Those thoughts that take you away from "you", and let yourself come into the quiet. Embrace the quiet. Feel its' peace and balance. Allow it to center you, ground you, connect you. In this space of stillness, you find comfort. That place inside you feels warm, and "snug", like drinking tea, by a fire, draped in a blanket.
