I feel myself getting better at focusing on myself! I don’t let my mind stray away as easily, if it does I’m quick to catch it. I’m not sure why or how I get so distracted so easily
I've been having a lot of trouble sleeping at night even though I'm tired all day.
I could really feel myself sinking into my mattress and my mind was transferred smoothly into sleep mode
I felted that was exactly what I needed to hear sink into a deep sleep has actually helped me to sleep.
This right away cured my headache from lack of sleep and when it said just sink into the mattress my body automatically did as it said. I am calmed and cured.

I enjoyed the check in of the body and imaging each part getting heavy. I felt more relaxed recognizing where I had tension (jaw, brows and neck) and letting it go.
I like this simple, short piece. Easy to follow and imagine.

My body get more calm over all and I sense an overall sense of relaxation. I’m still in the early stages of this app so let’s see how well I can obtain retain and make good use of all this wealth of help and knowledge .
Best Deep sleep meditation
I have felt so relaxed and free and drifted away into a deep sleep thru the night . Very soothing and calm with birds slightly chirping and a creek flowing . Take me away . I could listen to this all day.😇
This soothing track helped me to completely relax and drift/float off to never never land. I awoke to my background waves washing up on my subconscious shore and felt relaxed and happy.
After I get done Capturing my gratitude for this experience, I am heading right back to ride that surf out to sea in search of Nirvana. AlLowing it to wash my concerns away like the tide on a Clean smooth beach.
