Want to unwind? Refresh yourself? This is an ideal practice for relaxing the mind into spacious, open awareness. A great antidote to screen time.

When the mind gets troubled with what's happening now, it's so hard to let everything go. It all feels like a bad dream . Reality of this moment only is hard to grasp this morning

Do Not Get Caught Up
I don’t need to get so caught up in my physical sensations, thoughts, and feelings. After all, thoughts can only hurt me if I allow them to. Meaning, if I allow the thoughts to change my behavior. By taking the time to simply be, the rest of my day (and thoughts) will have a less interrupted flow.

Awareness
This session was different than others I’ve done in that the point is simply to be aware. For me, I don’t have as hard of a time with that, but it was still a good reminder to pay attention to what’s going on around you without getting caught up in the noise.

Lack of thoughts
My mind has slowed down tremendously over the past few weeks and I am grateful for it. With out my resentments things just pass over me (most of the time.) as if I am Teflon, the opinions and actions of others have less and less of an affect on me. And I’m just so happy to feel untouchable.

Believe in Life Path
This is the way I see Life Path. You go through many paths to get to where you are today. Your Past is your Past don't try to relive in the Past. In order to make the Present work you have to live for Today like it would be the Last day that you are alive. Look and work toward your Future but remember the Future may never Come. Live your Life for you don't try to live somebody else's life from them or trying to be somebody you're not for somebody else. Believe in yourself. Love yourself Be proud of yourself. In other words Remember Past move Forward Onward Upward and Believe Future.

Taking the time to breathe
Today is my first day of my journey to find myself again. I hung out with an old friend yesterday who once helped me to be open and mindful. We thought me how to find my peace and for sometime I have lost that. This meditation this morning made be realize that it is okay to stop and just breathe. A reminded to slow things down and be aware of the present.

Just Be
It’s nice to be aware of your surrounding and be still and calm. To feel, think, head, smell, see freely but to remain still and not hold onto too much is really an amazing feeling. We often go from one thing to next, whatever it is that we notice next. Taking a moment to relax while being aware of it all is calming

I did this one when I was not actively feeling anxious and stressed which I think allowed me to get a sense of how simple it is, yet effective. Swept easily away.
I am much more aware of how easily I got caught up in sounds around me. They lead to memories which I follow easily enough, which then lead to thoughts and emotions. Bringing things back to my breath helps immensely. I did have a pretty nice visual insight into meditation. Sitting in the middle of a windstorm and not getting swept away. Just feeling every aspect. Being present for every aspect without going along for the ride.

Feeling the Root
I stumbled across a feeling of being connected, or "rooted," to the Earth, via the physical sensation of sitting in my chair. Sometimes I get caught up in my thoughts and this concept helped me to visualize myself as a pillar around which thoughts can swirl.

The Butterfly Effect
Over the last several months, I’ve been aware of a glacial shift in my personal course relative to the route of The Eightfold Path that I had anticipated and with which I felt aligned. In this case, I’ve semi-consciously allowed a slow, but increasingly evident, level of distraction to grab at my attention, stealing the focus I usually bring to bear upon “the forest”, and effectively training that focus upon individual trees” that I refer to as“areas i could improve upon”, draining time, energy and resources necessary to stay the course that I know to be true.

What was and still is now
Feels so good to be aware of all what you had and are. Having insecurities about people who mean a lot for me leaving my life is something I've struggled with. During this session I was reminded how of much in the present I am because of what was offered to me by those in my past. it was such a peaceful emotion of drifting through feelings and memories and being overcome with such love!

Reflections on ‘simply being’
I noticed that since I did not have the chance to meditate this morning before work, I felt light-headed and dizzy at one point. Simply Being
This session made me think of the quote- “It’s the moments that I stop just to be, rather than do, that have given me true happiness.”- Richard Branson I feel there is a lot of truth to that statement. Sitting outside in my backyard which surprisingly the weather is actually quite pleasant. The humidity is down. A nice breeze is blowing. I take in several deep breaths. I can feel the tension my body has been holding onto all day starting to release itself to the earth. The earlier events of the day are floating away like clouds in the sky. My mind is once again a blank canvas. As I continue to focus on letting my breath flow naturally, I feel at peace. Content in this moment to just simply be. Namaste!🙏

Being open with you were things
Today I was very tired. I did not feel sharp. It was like I can book us on anything. In hindsight I think it’s because when I wake up at night I run away with my thoughts and consequently don’t sleep very well. I learned through this meditation how do you except the entrance your butt into your mind come through with Lindsey Smith called in an awareness without latching on to any of my thoughts and getting carried away with them. I felt that I could probably use this technique to keep myself from getting distracted at night and get a better nights sleep . I am grateful for the folks at O’Hara ataura who put this together. Thank you so much this is the most clearheaded I have felt all day. I hope everyone is OK.
