Simply Being
12 minutes of wonderfulness! I felt completely centered and grounded, “like the mountain within me”. I felt ‘here and now’ with only the sound of a few passing cars on the street to distract me. The soft voice of the teacher directing, the pauses at just the right time made this meditation one that I will revisit. Thank you. 🙏

The sentence suggestion is “I learned that...”. Yet that is not what I feel inspired to share. I did not learn anything from this meditation because that was not the point of this meditation. The point of the meditation was to simply Be; with awareness and presence. I was able to allow myself to do that - to free myself from distracting thoughts - even for a few moments. Peaceful indeed.

Thanks to Lyndi indeed
Not so simple to just be but you take us there without the tension that discipline normally creates.

All there is
I am learning that I’m all there is. There isn’t a need to be all things to all people; just be me. Comfortable in my body and mind; breathing in life’s air. I’m curious what it would be like to put my ear buds in and listen over and over again to this amazing meditation as I go through my day. I can’t imagine how peaceful that would be just to be. Thank you, Lyndi. Namaste

Time
Transitioning from present tense distractions to pure mindfulness delivers an experience of calm, coupled with internal awareness- things needed to bring relative ease into the of focus to the day.

Perfect!
A longer time, empty of subject matter, delicious, just what I want. The normal sounds, wind chimes, doves, crows, transit trains. And nothing.

Enjoying simply being
What's more to happiness than simply being and being grateful of our existence?

Amazing to just be. No pressure, no goals, no agenda. I feel gratitude to have to time and space to just be.

Relaxforming...
Thank you Lindi for helping me to transform my tense “I need to do” energy into a relaxed allowing, accepting kind. This longer meditation really allows for the time & space to get into the quieter parts of the brain which encourages deeper relaxation! I felt powerfully aware of what was going on around me but calm & secure enough to NOT get attached to it, because I have nothing “to do” I am Simply Being! Free to relax from stress and transform into who I want to be...Relaxforming! Try it, you will like it! ❤️🍀☮️

Soothing
It’s very enjoyable to just be in the moment...connecting your body with your soul. Great meditation.

Simply being
I really enjoyed just being in the moment and allowing thoughts to come and go but simply focusing on being and not getting caught up in the commotion. I needed this today after a rough moment. As I was driving I saw police conducting random breath tests. I don’t drink so it should have been no big deal. However, my anxiety kicked in and I started to panic. All the sudden I could feel my heart racing and my breathing was becoming faster and I thought what happens if I’m breath tested and can’t take a deep enough breath because I’m panicking and they think I’ve been drinking. Something so silly, yet all the sudden I had the traits of someone guilty. As I approached my turn they waved me through and the panic disappeared and I had dodged it. I felt so stupid. Maybe I should turn back and see if I can just do it? But why am I setting myself a challenge? I need to learn to be present and not give attention to my thoughts.

Good meditation for peace
I used this meditation today when I was feeling good but mildly adrift and wanting a little grounding and peace. I wasn’t trying to help anxiety or fall asleep - simply just wanted to enhance my mental presence. Narrator had a soothing voice and cadence. Nice blend of silent moments and guiding words throughout.

Enjoyable
Before the meditation, my head hurt. I usually keep my eyes and mouth closed during meditations, so I was somewhat surprised at the instructions to keep them open. I followed the instructions to keep the eyes open but not the instructions to keep the mouth open. This was a very calming, grounding, and centering meditation, and I enjoyed it.

Reset
I enjoy the times when I can reset my mind and body and allow myself to be me, to move into the day with a relaxed and positive outlook especially in these times that are filled with anxiety

Present meditation
I feel much more okay with everything that is. How feelings are temporary, thoughts are as well. And to just notice them pass through. And give myself time to just exist in the now. I feel much more grounded.

I feel more calm
Doing this meditation two days in a row is showing me how much I am not present throughout the day. My mind fights to think and judge. Grateful for the practice here.
