Personal to spiritual gratitude
A worthy path with so many gifts The exercise was very expensive and my mind went to several people that I’ve been thinking about but I have not seen in a long time and I was suddenly with them guiding them with them guiding me I didn’t expect this in the gratitude exercise
The more gratitude I show, te longer the list. I am finding things to be grateful for that would have simply gone unnoticed.
Wonderful meditation. I poured out so many things I am grateful for and enjoyed hearing my voice say them aloud.
