Human Beings versus Human Doings
This meditation encouraged me to allow my thoughts to just be, and reminded me not to continuously label them but rather, to notice them and let go. It also helped me recall that I am a human BEING, not a human DOING. Sometimes, we need to realize that we are going at too fast of a pace. We aren't being mindful at all. By taking, "I am a human being, and not a human doing" to heart, we learn to just sit with our thoughts, which ultimately slows them down.

This is a nice visual ... and it was a needed moment for me before a big week.
From doing to BEING
Thank you I learned that it's OK not to have to be doing or thinking ALL THE TIME 🎉 I'm a homemaker and always feel guilty when I'm not busy serving or cleaning or gardening or Or or or ... just finished managing a years renovation project from beginning to end . Materials ... workers... you name it... I've so earned my being time over the last 30 years of being a wife and mother and employee... yet I still feel guilty when I'm tired and when I take me time🤦🏼‍♀️... hard for me but I'm getting there Day by day. Thank you 😘🙌🏻🙌🏻👌🏻
Shifting from "Doing" to "Being" reflection
I discovered that I need to give myself permission to "BE." The way I schedule events or "check off my to-do list," it is vital to have regular, daily "being time."

I learned that you cannot life stressful situations stop you from being the great person you are destined to become

I learned that releasing the sense of fear of the work load to be done enables an ease of mind and lightness that really helps me to start to work and to work well :)
Feel what you do
We get so in grossed in our life problem and everything we need to do that we forget to be present to feel what we are doing !! We are just doing doing doing without feeling
Challenging day
Meditating every day provides a great measuring stick for my stress level. It was hard to stay present. Answer: more meditation!
Thinking all the time
It is ok not to think all of the time. Thinking too much does not solve the problems on hand but actually make them worse.
You can return to being mode. Anchor down and release worries.
