She Believed Her Mind

This is a short story and case study of a girl who was struggling with the thoughts in her mind. Her name was Melanie, and she particularly struggled with her judgmental thoughts. So much so that she believed she was a bad person. This was until she started to see her mind as neither a friend nor an enemy, but something that was just doing its job - a normal part-and-parcel way of thinking.
