This is a beginning meditation for anyone starting out and wanting to develop a regular mindfulness meditation practice. Do this every day for a week to teach your mind that you can sit and focus on breathing. It might take longer, but do not rush, there is no race to get anywhere with this. This will form the beginning of any of the meditations as we move forward.
