I felt challenged by pain today as I tried to settle. Despite my efforts to feel the physical points of support and quiet my mind, the pain was doing its best to get my attention. I am hoping for a better day tomorrow.๐๐ป

I was anxious about going to SF to see my son
I have a sense of calm now I donโt see things glass have empty, u see them glass half full. So if I only earn $500 today instead of my goal of $709, I wonโt get upset. Every penny I earn can be applied to any one of my many bills, itโs ok if I didnโt earn my preferred $700. So if my son is not there when I showed up, I wonโt be angry, Iโll be satisfied knowing I tried, and keep trying, to help him.

Turkey Day solute
It felt all so good to listen to todayโs lesson after a very stressful day yesterday it being thanksgiving. I have a phobia about my anxiety during stressful situations and was really proud of myself for handling it. This mornings meditation is helping me unwind!

I felt that during the day I am always stressed and always have something that I have to do quickly. I get stressed and donโt realize it until I come home. When I got this app it really helped me and made me focus on things. And when I used to go somewhere and I got stressed I took a deep breath and relaxed.

Settling the Mind
Over the years Iโve learned a thing or two about the mind; whenever we have too much going in lives and in our own minds it makes things harder to deal with and when donโt talk about the things going on in your own mind it causes us to become stress out and unhappy. I also learned that talking about said things will help you in so many ways

Settling is hard
I was far too unfocused for this to really benefit me. Maybe if the trigger word was easier to pronounce it would have been more effective, but it feels awkward to say.
