Each day we begin with an idea of how we think our day will go and have a choice of setting the intention for it do be a good day or difficult. In this meditation you put yourself in the driver's seat to set the intention for a great day, not matter what's ahead of you. You get to decide.

Make it Happen
Setting intentions are a great addition to a morning routine. Depending upon how we want our day to go, we can set intentions of how we want to show up for our day. In this meditation, we set the intention for a great day. In order for me to have a great day today, I realize I have a role to play. I certainly can’t just sit back and wish it to happen. Having a great day takes a certain attitude. An attitude of kindness, of compassion and of tolerance will go a long way in ensuring I have a great day. I will pause throughout my day so I can find my breath and feel my feet on the ground. Making my happiness my top priority, I can and will make it happen. After all, every day is a Good day to have a Great day! And, today is no exception! Wishing you all a Great day! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
