This visualization practice was very calming. I love imagining myself being surrounded by nature - especially now that itโ€™s winter and I canโ€™t actually do much outside.

Serene Forest
Imagining myself meditating in the forest, surrounded by the sounds, sights and smells enabled me to have the perfect getaway today. Imagery of that which is familiar to me enhances my mindfulness practice. Thank you for this beautiful meditation. Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

I had a hard time focusing on just a forest alone, and my concentration was off. Iโ€™ll need to try again at a later date.

This was a hard one. Laying on the ground
on leaves and damp soil was kind of creepy. But I was able to stay pretty focused. I guess Iโ€™m getting the hang of keeping my mind still.
