Senses as Doorways
This is a very calming, peaceful meditation. It was a great way to begin my day. It reminded me of opening up all the doors and windows on the first nice, sunshiny spring day; letting in the fresh spring air after being closed up all winter. I will definitely do this more often. πŸŒΊπŸ¦‹πŸŒΊ

This meditation is very relaxing and calming. If your mind begins to wander into the past or future, use one or more of your senses (i.e, touch, smell, taste, hear, sight) as doorways to bring you back into the present moment. Enjoy your day! β€οΈπŸ™πŸ»πŸ˜Š
