Trying to sense Aliveness
I am still a little tired from a long week and my backs a little achy. I didn’t really get a sense of tingling in my body, the best feeling I had was my feet in some very comfy socks. I think this medication was a little too short to achieve the experience intended.

From this mediation, I realized that no matter what bs your going through in life, that your alive. You have a pulse and since you have that pulse still running throughout your life. You still have time to make a change in your life because we are all alive. Take this time for you.

Sometimes it’s easy to forget how active your body is even when you are sitting still. Your heart thrumming along in which you can feel your pulse in multiple areas of your body. I noticed it a bit in my wrists along with some tingling in my fingers. Obviously your breath is very noticeable too, the diaphragm moving up and down, filling your lungs even when you aren’t thinking about it. These are indicators that you are alive and sometimes we forget about such background activities. It was nice to just notice them and reaffirm that yes, I am alive.

Feeling my body keeps me present. I am reminded living can be peaceful, calm, and serene. When I slow my mind down the memories are forgotten for a brief moment in time. I am in the moment.

during this meditation, i was brutally disrupted. in my one moment of calmness i get each day, it was bombarded upon, which caused my relaxation to easily erupt into anger.

I haven’t been instructed to pay attention to my pulse quite that way before. I really enjoyed the thoughts of life (breath oxygen blood) moving, flowing through me experiencing my ownexistence. Being present inside this time,space, reality. All while staying inside and focused in the 5th dimension. Wow. now that I consciously reflect and think of my self staying fluid inside I can’t help to think that this was the most enlightening aura session I have had. (Note- before AURA; I was revisiting a rather powerful and inspiring video I found on YouTube; to share with a friend. If this is issue for years that when I wake up and get out of bed I need to move I need to go I need their stuff to be done even if I have nothing to do I have to jump out of bed as soon as my eyes open. I look at the clock and I figure out how much time I have before I work and if I want to do something do I have time and somehow there’s just never enough time or I just talk myself out of everything because there’s no time because I don’t feel like rushing around or whatever just making excuses all around. This put me in the moment made me relax made me stop and think there’s no hurry there’s no reason to be anxious or stressed. Because the Kolmar I am the happier I am. It’s going to take time but I need to unlearn all of the bad habits that I’ve picked up over the years.

Tingling in body
Evey time I meditate I feel my third eye tingle but this I felt it not only there but on my forehead and the back of my head. Some people say that your third eye is opening, don't know if it's true but I thought it was pretty interesting!

Pain reminding me I'm alive
I'm in pain at the moment, but this meditation seemed to make the pain fade a bit. Focusing on the feeling of the pain and accepting it helpa dealing with it and reminds me that my body is alive.

I didn't notice that pulse of aliveness the speaker was talking about until the last 15 secs or so. It kind of felt as though binaural beats were playing in my ear. I thought the meditation was trying to deceive at first. I noticed that the pulse of aliveness she was mentioning became the heartbeat in my ears as I could hear the blood being pushed through the veins. It was an interesting sensation for me to simply notice that. I hope that doesn't become distracting for me during the day.

Pulsating...
I immediately felt my heart pulsating in my chest... and then it spread to my arms as they activated and got in rhythm with my chest which had now expanded & started to move down my whole torso to my legs... soon I could feel my whole body pulsating to my heartbeat... and I felt warmer & wonderfully alive!! It is going to be a great day full of activity in my pond & gardens. I am looking forward to feeling the larger pulse of nature as I experience the Aliveness of Mother Earth in Spring! Thanks to Cassandra, the Aura app and my tribe for leading me to this wonderful meditation at this particular time!! Yinz are all pulsating perfectly in time if you ask me... Namaste! 💚🙏🍀

As we practice this meditation, we can both notice and feel the aliveness in our body. What a wondrous and amazing thing this is; if we actually acknowledge and pay attention to what we are feeling, stick with it, and not allow our mind to wander during this short period of time. What a wonder! What a gift! What an amazement! We feel life within us! We are alive! Is it time to do something awesome with this gift? That’s for each of us to privately decide. 🙏🏻Namaste🙏🏻

I feel it's so easy to fall into your routine of life and feel dull or numb. I learned through this meditation how easy it was to just stop in the middle of my day and feel my body. Truly feel it working and breathing and doing all these amazing things all at once.

Pulse of Life
In this awesome meditation, Cassandra has us scan through our body, sensing any sensations we may or may not be feeling and just be with our breath. By doing these things, we can sense our aliveness flow through our body. Breathing deeply, I began to sense my pulse. The more I breathed deeply, the more I felt my pulse travel to other areas of my body. Before I knew it, I was sensing my pulse in my hands, my arms, my legs and my feet. Tingling sensations became prevalent all over my body. What an incredible feeling! This sense of aliveness, this pulse of life flowing through my body makes me grateful to be alive! i can't stop thinking about what i have to do. i live in a state of what must I do next.
how can i do it? when can i do it? i hate it. i just want to have this balance between living in the moment and living in other time zones. i don't know how to achieve that.
