Feeling...
The sense of touch was explored in this session. After getting relaxed we were asked to get in “touch” with what we were feeling. I immediately went to my fingers... (since we have been programmed over our life that is where the sense of touch is - in our finger tips right?!) I could feel the cool smoothness of the sheets I was laying on. But as took a few more breathes & relaxed even more, I opened my mind to “feel” my connection to the Universe... I could feel my phone sitting on my chest ... then a slight breeze on my skin as it moved thru the room... then I felt a smile spread over my face...point well taken. There is always more to feel if we can just look past unwanted distractions & focus on it!
