Giving and sending love blesses both the giver and receiver. This guided session will help you give and send divine blessings to persons and the planet. Giving from the ego always expects in return and often results in disappointment. Giving love from the True self or the Heart is a whole-hearted giving, a giving with no expectation in return. The ego is incomplete and lacking and is always seeking "what can I get". When we are connected to the True Self, we feel completion and we live with an attitude of "how can I serve". Listening and following the guidelines in this session will help you connect to the energies of your True Self. Please try this with an open heart and I would love to hear your reflections.

Exquisite…

This was one of the most beautiful meditations I’ve ever had the pleasure to take part in. Her voice is calm and lovingly guiding. I actually felt the love and peace flowing from my heart space! Giving blessings

In the guided meditation I felt the love flow through me to the world. I feel this kind of love regularly but doing a targeted meditation on it made it feel bigger. In the moment. I felt consumed in an unexpected way. I felt my body resist - as if I might explode if I surrendered to being that vessel of love towards all that there is. I will practice this one.
