This meditation has been designed especially for when you wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. Carla-Jo guides you through a self-soothing, self-kindness meditation to help soothe and calm your nervous system. As your nervous system settles, your mind and body feel more at ease which can help you to drift back to sleep. Or if not sleep, then to help you feel like you can manage the day ahead of you from a place of gentleness and kindness.
