Meditation ended Abruptly
This meditation was going so well and then just suddenly ended. It surely needed to carry on to some sort of conclusion?

I feel relaxed and at peace
Nature is good and spending time in nature is grounding. It brings happiness. I imagined myself sitting under a tree.
