I enjoyed this practice
I enjoyed this practice, but I think cultivating happiness is a misleading title. The practice was more about cultivating an awareness of your body with a focus on the pain and suffering your body may be going through, then use of the breathe to soften that suffering.

This practice provides opportunity to really visualize compassion, not just for ones self, but for all of humanity. Needed this today

Misleading tittle in happiness
It was good but misleading tittle in happiness section needs to be in compassion on it’s own.

As I did this short practice I noticed I was holding on to some sadness. I could feel where I was holding it in my chest. A rush of emotion hit me.
