I enjoyed this practice
I enjoyed this practice, but I think cultivating happiness is a misleading title. The practice was more about cultivating an awareness of your body with a focus on the pain and suffering your body may be going through, then use of the breathe to soften that suffering.

This practice provides opportunity to really visualize compassion, not just for ones self, but for all of humanity. Needed this today
