How many times a day do we really appreciate are qualities about ourselves? Too often we, have negative self talk throughout the day about ourselves. This doesn't help us gain clarity or move forward in a positive direction, it only makes us stuck in the cycle of hatred for ourselves. We are the biggest critics of ourselves and we need to take time two and do that. We need to start by turning negative self talk, into positive self talk. Taking a step back and looking at all the positive qualities that we give to this world will help us and remind us of our value and place in this world.
