In this meditation, I will be teaching you how to take care of yourself. When we are in good shape, not only physically but mentally we can allow taking care of our loving others.
Many times we hear on planes that if something happens during the journey you should put the mask on yourself first so you can be 'OK' to help others, and this could not be more true. I truly hope this helps you.
I realised that I have been giving so much to everything and everyone that I've had nothing left for me. I need to remember how to give myself love and kindness too. I give it away so easily but find it hard to give it to myself.
