See The Light In Your Vulnerable Truth
There are no parts of you that should be hidden because you are unsure of how to process them or express them. You are amazing just as you are and for all that you are. Try to think of your vulnerability as a light that is shining upon the parts of you that need to be accepted by you and only you. Keep in mind that there is nothing wrong with these feelings that you are identifying. As you may be exploring a sober lifestyle, you may notice that you feel vulnerable as the surroundings of your previous “comfy” internal and external day-to-day have shifted. Remind yourself that this is normal. Identify and accept these feelings for all that they are. The world wants to know and see you in all of your truth.
