Attachment is one of the things that really does hold us back in life. In this meditation, you will say goodbye to attachment so you can enjoy the freedom that is already yours.
I am probably one of the worst for self criticism and negative thoughts in general. When angry I literally chew myself out. The insight that feelings direct self talk , in itself, helps me. It helps sort things in my mind and understand.
