In the past year, I have really let stress get the better of me. It has caused me to not take care of myself. Today I actually took a walk outside and it changed my perspective for the evening. Being in nature (even for just 30 min) helped me clear my head and I was way more productive this evening.

I was completely lost to the wonderful music nature performs, and just taking a few minutes to tune out my day is very soothing to simply wind down. As a result, I feel and do much better overall throughout the rest of the day. :)

I learned that not everyone is going to like you, and that's ok. At first I was trying to change myself so that they would like me, but I shouldn't do that. I should learn to love myself for me.

During this session, I visualized myself sitting outdoors on a pretty Spring day listening to the birds chirping. The sights and sounds of nature are relaxing to me. I really enjoyed this meditation. I will definitely listen to this one again sometime.
