Day 3
It's been day three since starting meditating. At the moment my anxiety is on a low which means I am feeling a lot calmer and a lot happier with myself. I have started writing a diary about my bad days, which helps as on my good days I forget what it feels like to feel bad. My fitness levels are also good at the moment, and work helps me to stabilise.

It's such a miracle that our body knows to breathe. That everything works together for the breath. Our body is a machine, pumping air through our lungs.

It felt good to...
I like to breathe deeply whenever I can or think about it because I can sense all the good rich oxygen going into my lungs and being picked up by my blood cells. I then “see” all these rich, red cells racing to the outermost parts of my body to spread all this good oxygen to my body AND then picking up all the spent energy, toxins and trash and racing back thru my heart to my lungs to dump it into my exhaling breathe which removes it from my body... mmmm I feel so clean with each breath!!

Saving Saturday 1-6-18
Savory Breath. I enjoyed this meditation because I woke up this morning and there is no more wheezing in my lungs, just tightness. (I’ll take it) I was savoring the breathes in my ribs, my lungs, my back and it felt good. I slept in one position all through the night, no coughing. I actually think I get to go home today. Yea! I found it difficult to find the right posture, as my most comfortable is laying down, I’m not sure if that’s right? Or if I can be more effective sitting up

Three minutes is not long enough. To feel this I needed to change my posture and by the time I got resettled it was over. Nice sensation though, feeling my lungs e pans at the back.

To expand my back as well as my chest and belly when I breathe works well to allow me to take in more air. A good, full breath. Namaste
