There are five Yamas in ‘The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.’ In today’s episode, we dive into the second Yama - Satya - or truthfulness. Satya is a Sanskrit word that is translated as truth. It also refers to a virtue in Indian religions, referring to being truthful in one's thoughts, speech, and actions. You practice Satya by observing reality without judgment. This moral discipline is also the path to freedom from all self-induced suffering. If you've enjoyed this sample, please have a look for the full episode and the complete series on 'The Yamas' here on Aura. Sending you great healing love.... xo 'dorothy'
