Peace ... Clarity ...
This meditation really helped to calm my whirling, overthinking mind, along with deepening my breathing that I hadn’t realised had become so shallow. I wish I’d listened to it last night; perhaps I would have slept better. 😕 At least now I feel calmer for the day ahead. I learned that mindfulness is a simple, effective practice that I can use any time I am feeling stressed, out of control, tired ... any time ... to feel more centred and calm, and to gain clarity. I will come back to this meditation, and Dorothy’s soothing voice. Thank you.
