This is a 10-10-10 breathing exercise designed to increase the Sami or love energy in your energetic system. By infusing more of this type of energy, you are able to release negative thoughts and toxic emotions that stagnate and weigh you down. You also open yourself to connectivity and unity with all living things.

I felt really relaxed but also energized by the end of this meditation. I would love a longer version and I liked the overlay of the visualization while the breath counting was happening.
