Pauses in the breath
These are sacred moments to ground my breaths and focus on only that, the breathing. Just for a few moments it helps my anxiety pause so I️ can recharge.

Between breaths
There is a difference between a pause on the in breath and a pause on the out breath. Pausing on the in breath doesn’t come as naturally to me, but I would’ve guessed the opposite-that I️ would me more comfortable with the breath I️ need to live on the inside. There’s a metaphor in there somewhere for life. Namaste

This was the first time I concentrated on the pauses between breaths and found it to be very effective. It was a good meditation.

I learned that it’s important to pay attention to your breath, because you can always come back to it to calm down and relieve stress and anxiety.

Come at the end of each breath in... And out These pauses are nice. These pauses are comfortable. These pauses are quite refreshing now that I know that I can focus on them and appreciate them. Who would'a thunk it?

I learned that...
I can kinda control my Anxiety a bit by just taking deep Breaths in and Deep breaths out.
