Sacred Earth Healing Practice

This is an energy work practice, and together we will send healing to our dear planet Earth. We use visualization (imagination) to focus our attention, holding the Earth in our hands before sending her healing energy. A wonderful reminder of our connection with our planet, and a soothing way to do something positive when you're experiencing climate anxiety.
