This is an active meditation designed to bring grounded clarity to your day. You'll begin with some natural movement and then be guided through a series of visualizations. At first, you'll connect to the ground beneath your feet and then expand your presence into the sky above. This technique helps relieve anxiety, creates a heightened sense of drive, and connects you to your full-blooded presence: body, mind, and soul.
