This morning meditation will guide you to rise beneath the morning stars as they continue to watch over you. Settle into a comfortable position, and gently close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, filling yourself with the cool morning air, and exhale it all out, letting go of anything that’s weighing you down. Let your breathing slow. Let your body soften.
