This morning meditation will guide you to rise above worry as you surrender into the arms of stillness. Close your eyes. Settle into this space, this moment, this breath. Feel the ground beneath you, steady and constant. Let your body soften, surrendering into the arms of stillness. There is a weight you have been carrying, love. A tightness wrapping itself around your chest, your mind, your heart. The stories of worry, looping, circling, and building upon themselves. But they are not who you are. They are only visitors.
