This is a helpful way to become skilled at returning your awareness to the present moment; and to living far more of your life aware and awake. In this guided meditation, you practice being mindful - attentive to the present moment as you witness the presence of your breath, as you focus your attention deliberately here; and as you return to your breathing each time you move out of the present moment. When In Doubt, Just Breathe

Great, but.
I enjoyed the focus placed upon the breath as it allows one to ground and center. I however would have like less talking as it pulled my attention away from my breath.

Staying present with the breath
I had a hard time getting my mind to be still. I read somewhere that it doesn’t matter how you did, as long as you did it. So I’m just happy I took time for myself today, even if it didn’t go so well.

I need to do this more often throughout the day. Three minutes help, but by the end of an hour I’m back where we. I was. I should do this every hour for 2 to 3 minutes

I learned that the deeper my breaths are, the more I can focus my mind. I feel better after taking a few very deep breaths.

Good if you’re not prone to coughing
Not bad, but having recently recovered from the flu, the cough lingers. It’s dwindled snout to not be bad... unless I think about it much. Then I feel the dry tickle and the coughing starts up again. So... if you’re prone to coughing, wait on this one until you’re over it.

I learned that focusing on inhalation and exhalation allows me to remain present. A quick and easy way to remain calm and still. Especially during my panic attacks
