Starting Over
If I am doing the wrong thing or going the wrong way, there is nothing wrong starting back at the beginning. Giving up is the worst thing to do. Rest will help you start over.

I’m not sleepy but feeling into a nice smooth relaxing sounds and wonderful taking a nice deep in and letting out slowly .

Falling to sleep; we focused on getting back to sleep. I guess I was not very focused. Nice to take some deeper breaths and focus inward.

I often wake up between 4:00 and 5:00, and need just a couple more hours of sleep. This helps me focus on that singular task of returning to that restful state and getting the balance of sleep I need.
