A Moment To Myself
Though I had to start the meditation over and I had a few distractions that took me off the path for a moment, I truly enjoyed this time to be one with myself for just a few minutes. I like how it was very personal and how it gave me such calmness. Thank you so much for the opportunity to listen to this meditation.

I found that it was ok if my mind wandered as I can release that thought and come back to my peaceful place. No wrong way to do this.
