Restorative Fish Pose to Open Your Heart

Restorative Fish Pose is a restorative yoga pose that is great for opening up the heart, the lungs, the chest, shoulders, and the whole front side of your body. You'll need a few props - two pillows will work just fine unless you happen to have a yoga bolster and yoga blocks. You'll be lying on the ground, so have a yoga mat or blanket with you as well underneath for comfort. This meditation will talk you into this pose and describe some of the benefits.
