Softening
Cindy guides you into a very relaxing meditation to get you ready for sleep. As I was focusing on my breathing during the body scan, I was reminded that with each in breath, I was breathing in life and with every out breath, I was releasing any tension in my body. Repeating the word softening had a relaxing effect on me, sending soothing, tingling and warm sensations throughout my body. My body is calm and ready to receive some peaceful sleep. 😴
