In the rush and race of life, we are realizing that it is more vital than ever to come back and connect with our essence. To withdraw within, releasing the physical, emotional, and mental energies and stand back to observe. In doing this, we give all these systems a chance to heal and restore, and simultaneously we allow we can practice presence. Without rejecting or repressing, we are able to unplug, disconnect and dissolve, visiting our eternal self and resting in the Joy, Bliss, Truth, and Love of our Pure Awareness. This can be a gentle way of easing into sleep, releasing the tensions of the physical body and reality; unwinding, relaxing, and melting into a restful night.
