This breathwork will grant you the chance to enter relaxation. By directing our breath to only our stomach, we're able to send the appropriate signals to our vagus nerve that it's time for relaxation and digestion. This is one of my favorite routines to practice when I need help sleeping, or when I'm going through digestive issues. Hope this helps you and your practice!!
