A page of I am statements
Today I begin with a journal page of “I am…” statements. No deep thought, just rapid self identifiers. At the bottom of my journal I had 24 statements. I am healing from deep personal loss from last year’s Covid lock down. How do I know? All 24 were positive🥰 self statements!
