When we feel unsettled or stressed we can sometimes feel exhausted by endless thoughts flowing through the mind. This practice helps you to learn to work with your thoughts so you can begin to free yourself from them. You begin to understand through meditation that thoughts are just mental constructs, not necessarily facts. With practice, you explore and experience the awareness that you are that isn't defined by your thought processes. Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's really important to seek professional help.
