Wonderful way remove any negative energy or thoughts turn on the vacuum cleaner and allow it to suck it all away you can’t even try to hold on anything in the way and then you SMILE.
This was grounding and helped me center on removing those self sabotaging thoughts based on fear and negative thoughts from others.
Taking a moment to change our mind set by thinking in a powerful energetic way, removing those negative thoughts that we fear can help us feel more confident and in control.
Wasn't too sure about
This one...but after it was all said and done, it's a keeper. A great way to swoop out any fear, negative emotions, anger, etc... As we've learned, difficult emotions are not us and we needn't hang on to them. Just another (cool) way to release them. Namaste.

This was the most hilarious mediation I’ve done. The image of the vacuum sucking on the top of my head made me laugh that couldn’t concentrate and just continued to laugh. The voice was also off setting. Great for a laugh but wouldn’t relieve any fears

Vacuum Out the Fears
i wasn’t feeling this one at first. by the end, though, i felt lighter, less burdened. i must remember my own strength, and give myself credit and thanks for all i do. even if/when it’s things i do just for myself.
Everything needs a cleaning now and again... so why not? Create mental clarity!
This meditation was helpful in creating a vision. I liked picturing a vacuum cleaner above my head, sucking out of the fear and other negative emotions I have been holding on to.
At first the vacuum cleaner analogy made me imagine my hair being sucked up, but as I tuned into my breath I felt like I gave up fear, judgement, and control by the end.

I woke up really anxious and just this little breathing exercise calmed my heart rate a bit
I learned that it is important to rely on taking the moment to relax, breath, and imagine all my stressful thoughts that cause anxiety to be visually sucked out of me into a vacuum I would imagine to let go of fear and anxiety based thoughts because they need to be cleaned and sorted out of my mind.
Remove Fear In Just A Few Seconds!
This is a very relaxing exercise which helps to remove fears from your mind. It works if you allow yourself to open your mind to change.
I must admit I struggled...
With really feeling into this one. Perhaps this in itself shows me resistance I am otherwise hiding from myself? Why would I not wish someone else to simply vacuum away fears?

I like these meditations because each one is a new experience. I may be tempted to judge what I’m hearing, but I really have to just trust and immerse myself the best I can. Otherwise I might miss out on something wonderful because I thought it sounded silly.
Remove fear of other feelings with this meditation. Try it notice it is easy but effective
Pretend there is a vacuum and it’s going to suck up all the the gears you have. Fears are small don’t let them take control of you
Easy methode... different bit just try it and see what happens...
Fear is a state of mind mind. It is a “learned response”. And if we can “learn it”... we can “unlearn it”.

How to get rid of any negative emotions
I can get rid of any negative emotions with something simple yet helpful witch will calm and relax me and my body
Relaxing muscles to melt into my seat was very effective. I enjoyed that part.
Lately I have felt very anxious about life and the scenarios that I have been dealt. This meditation helped me to feel that a vacuum was taking away all my worries and fear.
I am so nervous for the Girl Up meeting, and the thing that’s going on with bri. This mediation was very helpful for me to take a second to breath, and appreciate everything.

I love this technique! Will probably need to concentrate on accessing my fears, exploring how they feel in my body, and why I want them gone a little longer before I can vacuum them out.
I wasn’t sure about this one at first but as I allowed the vacuum to do its work I felt refreshed and calm.
Making my body heavy helps, the idea of the vacuums sucking all the bad feelings out helped me relax
This past week has been a true learning experience. I’m learning not to allow the ways of others to break me. I am also learning what I want out of life and how to go about it. I’m such a passionate person and I’m learning that freedom to be me is what I desire. There is no room for fear!

This mediation worked beautifully. I immediately felt cleaned inside. After having my mind vacuumed I felt freed, calm and happy.
I really enjoyed this meditation. Easy to visualize. I can see myself using this throughout the day to calm my anxious and panicky feelings.
The stress and anxiety was leaving my body it felt like, making me feel like I could relax finally.
This made me feel so relaxed and got rid of all the negative energy I had
I learned that meditation can be helpful to me whenever I feel upset

Unfortunately my mind was wondering a lot during this meditation so I did not benefit from it as much because I still struggled with completely focusing on my body in the moment.

the old man sat in his wheelchair
a veteran’s campaign baseball cap covered his white hair.
Sitting beside him was a beautiful auburn therapy dog. Her eyes alert and kind.
the old man was there simply to spread a little joy
to make a connection
a little girl walked right up to him
“Can I pet your dog?”
The old man’s face lit up like a Christmas tree

This was so pleasant! One of my favorites so far! You can think about any other feeling you would like to get rid off.
The fear is still there. Anxiety. Depression. Sadness. I wish it were as simple as vacuuming it up. One day, perhaps.
Removing Sadness 💙
Although I’m not feeling any fear this morning, I imagined the vacuum above my head was removing all the sadness I’m feeling over losing my mom when I was only 25. I didn’t have many opportunities to spend time alone with her, just the two of us. I believe Angels took her from me to spare her some greater pain and suffering. Thanks Irene 🙏 Namaste

Tonight at work I felt fear bc a man who was a problem for me a while back showed up. He got angry and loud while expressing his feelings, while I was taking tray of drink to a guests table. I feared this might happen but time had passed and I moved on from the bad experience I’d had. Now I don’t know what I can do to stop him from coming back. He’s holding me responsible for his happiness. My day had started out good and I took that feeling to work. Shortly after I arrived my mgr. told us that are General Manager passed away last night, he was going through a difficult divorce. Just to much to process in one evening.

I feel so much lighter and my sight was shocking seeing the room in a positive space. I feel awaken and feel positive about the rest of the day
I learned several root causes of my fear and how to pull them apart and eventually tear them down by releasing those fears from my body, spirit, and mind. Very peaceful, practical, and powerful.
